Siteway Studio is operated by Lemongraf Amz SRL, a company registered in Romania, Bucharest, with company tax identification number CIF 39964931, since 2018.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Siteway Studio
Siteway Studio provides professional website design and website redesign services for small businesses. Our services are offered mainly through monthly subscription plans.
We create and maintain presentation websites using WordPress and related tools. Our services may include website design, website redesign, hosting, maintenance, speed optimization, basic SEO setup, email support, dedicated support depending on the selected plan, and other related website services.
We do not provide online store development, eCommerce websites, paid advertising services, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or marketing campaign management unless specifically agreed in writing.
2. Our Subscription Plans
Siteway Studio currently offers the following monthly subscription plans:
Essential Plan: $99 USD per month
This plan includes website design or redesign, hosting, maintenance, basic SEO setup, email support, and related website management services.
Dedicated Plan: $149 USD per month
This plan includes everything in the Essential Plan, plus dedicated account support and priority assistance.
Plan features may be updated from time to time. The most current plan details are available on our website.
3. Monthly Subscription and Payments
Our services are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing to one of our plans, you authorize recurring payments according to the selected plan.
Invoices and payment confirmations are sent by email through Stripe or our payment provider.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date. If a payment fails, we may pause, suspend, or limit access to the services until payment is completed.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
After cancellation, we will stop providing hosting, maintenance, support, updates, licensed tools, monitoring, and other subscription-based services.
Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments. Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.
If you cancel, your website may no longer receive updates, maintenance, hosting, licensed plugin access, monitoring, or technical support from Siteway Studio.
5. Website Ownership and Subscription Access
The website content and branding belong to the client. This includes materials such as text, logo, images, brand assets, and business information provided by the client.
Hosting, maintenance, licensed tools, premium plugins, third-party integrations, server configuration, technical support, and other subscription-based services remain active only while the subscription is active.
The website is built for the client’s business and connected to the client’s domain, but the ongoing technical infrastructure and managed services are part of the active subscription.
If a subscription is canceled or suspended, subscription-based services will stop.
6. Client Domain
The domain name is not included in our subscription plans.
Clients are responsible for purchasing, renewing, and managing their own domain name. We may help connect the domain to the website, but ownership and responsibility for the domain remain with the client.
If a domain expires, is suspended, or is misconfigured, the website may become unavailable. Siteway Studio is not responsible for downtime caused by domain-related issues outside our control.
7. Client Materials and Responsibilities
To complete your website, you may need to provide materials such as your business name, logo, brand assets, images, text, service descriptions, contact details, legal pages, and any other content required for the project.
Delays in providing these materials may delay the website preview, launch, or completion timeline.
You are responsible for ensuring that all materials you provide are accurate, legal, and that you have the right to use them. This includes text, images, logos, videos, trademarks, business information, and any other content.
Siteway Studio does not provide legal, copyright, trademark, regulatory, or compliance review for client-provided content.
8. Website Timeline
Most websites are ready for first preview within 3–5 business days after we receive your completed brief and all required materials.
This timeline is an estimate, not a guarantee. The timeline may change depending on the project scope, client response time, third-party tools, technical requirements, revisions, or delays outside our control.
We aim to create a clean, modern, and professional website tailored to your business.
9. Revisions and Approval
After the first website preview, you may request reasonable revisions based on your selected plan and project scope.
We will work with you to adjust the website before final launch. However, requests that significantly change the original scope may require additional time or additional fees.
Once you approve the website, we will proceed with testing, final adjustments, and launch.
10. Website Maintenance
Maintenance may include WordPress updates, plugin updates, PHP compatibility checks, basic performance checks, security-related updates, bug fixes, and other technical actions needed to keep the website functioning properly.
Maintenance does not include unlimited redesign work, new pages beyond the included plan, complex custom development, advanced integrations, copywriting, photography, video production, advertising campaigns, or eCommerce development unless agreed separately.
11. Hosting
Hosting is included while your subscription is active.
We aim to provide reliable hosting and technical management, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Website availability may be affected by hosting providers, server issues, DNS issues, domain problems, third-party tools, plugins, internet infrastructure, maintenance, security events, or other factors outside our control.
12. Third-Party Tools, Plugins, and Services
We use WordPress, third-party plugins, third-party applications, external services, and licensed tools to build and manage websites.
Some website features may depend on third-party tools, plugin licenses, APIs, hosting providers, analytics services, payment providers, chat tools, email tools, or other external platforms.
We are not responsible for downtime, errors, price changes, discontinued services, compatibility issues, security incidents, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
Certain advanced integrations or features may require additional costs, subscriptions, licenses, or setup fees.
13. Support
The Essential Plan includes standard support by email.
The Dedicated Plan includes priority support and dedicated account support.
Support is provided during reasonable business hours and may vary depending on request type, urgency, complexity, and plan level.
Support does not include unlimited custom development, advanced troubleshooting caused by third-party services outside our control, marketing services, advertising services, or business consulting unless agreed separately.
14. SEO and Business Results
We may include basic SEO setup as part of our website service. This may include basic structure, page titles, meta descriptions, website performance improvements, and search-engine-friendly setup.
We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, bookings, conversions, revenue, or business results.
Our websites are built to help businesses look professional online and support growth, but actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, offer quality, pricing, competition, advertising, content, reputation, and customer behavior.
15. No eCommerce Services
Siteway Studio does not currently create eCommerce websites or online stores as part of the standard subscription plans.
Our services are focused on presentation websites for small businesses.
If a client requests online store features, shopping carts, payment systems, product catalogs, or advanced eCommerce functionality, this must be discussed separately and may be declined or quoted as a custom project.
16. No Advertising Services Included
Our plans do not include Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, paid advertising setup, ad management, campaign strategy, or paid marketing services.
If we add tracking codes, analytics tools, pixels, or marketing integrations, these are technical integrations only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
17. Client Content and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for the content displayed on your website.
This includes ensuring that your website content, claims, pricing, images, testimonials, policies, privacy notices, and legal pages comply with applicable laws in your country or market.
Siteway Studio does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that your website content complies with all laws, regulations, industry rules, consumer protection laws, advertising rules, privacy laws, or professional requirements.
You should consult a qualified legal professional if your business requires legal compliance review.
18. Privacy, Cookies, and GDPR
Your use of our website and services may involve the collection and processing of personal data.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. These policies should be read together with these Terms.
If your website requires privacy-related pages, cookie notices, GDPR notices, or other compliance content, we may help add them to the website, but you remain responsible for ensuring that they are legally accurate and suitable for your business.
19. Backups
We may perform regular backups as part of our website management process.
However, backups are not guaranteed to be available at all times or under all circumstances. Clients are encouraged to keep copies of important materials, text, images, files, credentials, and website-related content.
Siteway Studio is not responsible for data loss caused by third-party providers, client actions, malware, hosting incidents, plugin conflicts, platform failures, or events outside our control.
20. Suspension for Non-Payment or Misuse
We may suspend or limit services if:
payment is overdue
payment fails repeatedly
the client breaches these Terms
the website is used for illegal, harmful, abusive, or prohibited activity
the client provides false or misleading information
the client misuses hosting, tools, plugins, or support resources
the client’s website creates security, performance, legal, or reputational risks
During suspension, the website or related services may be unavailable until the issue is resolved.
21. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or prohibited activities.
This includes, but is not limited to, websites involving scams, malware, phishing, illegal products, hate content, misleading claims, copyright infringement, spam, or activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any project that we believe is inappropriate, illegal, high-risk, or outside our service scope.
22. Intellectual Property
Siteway Studio owns or licenses the tools, templates, processes, designs, systems, code structures, workflows, and materials used to provide the services, unless otherwise stated.
Client-provided content and branding remain the property of the client.
You may not copy, resell, reproduce, reverse engineer, or redistribute our internal systems, processes, templates, design frameworks, or proprietary materials without written permission.
23. Portfolio Use
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display the completed website, business name, logo, screenshots, or general project description in our portfolio, case studies, social media, or marketing materials.
If you do not want your project shown publicly, please notify us in writing.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siteway Studio, Lemongraf Amz SRL, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-related damages.
This includes loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, website downtime, search ranking changes, lost leads, lost sales, or issues caused by third-party services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Siteway Studio during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
25. No Warranty
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality website services, but we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, compatible with every third-party tool, or suitable for every business goal.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime, specific commercial results, search engine rankings, leads, sales, bookings, revenue, or customer acquisition.
26. Consumer Rights
These Terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, you may have additional rights depending on your country or region.
If you purchase our services for business or commercial purposes, you confirm that you are acting as a business customer and not as a consumer, unless clearly stated otherwise.
27. Changes to Services and Pricing
We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue parts of our services from time to time.
We may also update pricing for new customers. If pricing changes affect your active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated terms or pricing.
28. Termination
We may terminate or refuse services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse our services, request work outside our scope, or create legal, technical, security, or reputational risks.
Upon termination, subscription-based services such as hosting, maintenance, licensed tools, updates, and support will stop.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes related to these Terms, our website, or our services will be handled under the applicable laws and competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
